  We’d like to welcome all the new students, parents and previous  B.B. Rice Raccoons! We hope everybody has had a great summer. Your PTO Board has already been working hard to make this a very successful year for Students, Teachers and Parents. If we can be of any assistance to your family do not hesitate to contact us! The PTO is comprised of moms and dads just like you, aiming to make a difference in our schools.

  There are many opportunities for you to be involved at our school. Soon we will be sending out our P.A.L.S. (People Assisting Learning in School) forms for you to fill out. Please take a moment to consider volunteering for any of the many events we sponsor/support. Also, becoming a PTO member is an easy way to contribute to our efforts. A membership is only $5.00 per family and does not obligate your participation in the PTO. All funds raised are used to support activities for your children at B.B. Rice such as Field Trips.

  This year we are selling a new B.B. Rice T-shirt for students and parents alike. Show your school spirit by purchasing a B.B. Rice shirt. Every Friday is “spirit day” at the school and everybody is encouraged to wear a B.B. Rice shirt. The new design is only $10.00 per shirt for kids or adults.

  Also, we are already selling Yearbooks for this coming school year. The current price is $24.00 per book and $3.00 for Name Stamping. For the first time we are also offering different sizes for dedications. If you wish to purchase a whole page, a half page or something smaller we have many possibilities available.  The Yearbook committee would love to see as many digital pictures you take at the school or of school events as possible. You may send these to bbricepto@gmail.com.  

All PTO information for the year will be sent home on bright green paper.
